Steph Graham is a career and interview coach who focuses on supporting mid-level professionals going through career transition or looking to excel further in their careers. Steph has a particular interest in Artificial Intelligence and how it impacts the hiring process, centering the impact on BIPOC, LGBTQ, neurodivergent, and other underrepresented communities.
Steph helps clients convey value through storytelling, using a skills-based approach that she developed during her time as a diversity recruiter and interviewer at PepsiCo. and Uber. She has a degree in Women’s and Gender Studies from Wellesley College and earned her MBA at UNC Chapel Hill.
